Michael Scarpaci grew up in the section of Bensonhurst in Brooklyn, New York in 1975. He spent his childhood in New York and his family has owned an operated the Scarpaci Funeral Home in the section of Dyker Heights in Brooklyn for over 110 years. There has since been a 2nd location added in Staten Island which opened in 2008.
Michael comes from a a large Italian family with 4 siblings, of which he is the youngest of 3 brothers. He considers himself lucky to have such a loving and tight-knit family, which have made him into the man he is today.
Michael’s education began at St. Finbar Roman Catholic Elementary School and from there he went to a private Catholic High School, Xaverian, which is located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
Michael enjoys both softball and football, and even has a family softball team where they played weekly for many years.
Michael got married at the age of 26 and initially started his family at their home in Staten Island. Michael and his wife have 4 beautiful children and they have also added 3 dogs to the family as well.
For his professional career, along with the family funeral home, Michael has had success in the insurance and auto industries before launching his own business in the finance sector.
